• Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 6 business days (Monday–Friday).

3. Carriers & Order Tracking

• Shipping Partners: To guarantee secure and swift deliveries, we use reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx.
• Tracking Information: Yes, we provide a tracking number for all purchases. A confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched.

For all deliveries directed to the United States, the final checkout price is all-inclusive. Customers will not face any unexpected duties or tax charges upon delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a purchase, please reach out to us within our cancellation window of 24 Hours. Once the order processing is complete and the item is handed over to the carrier, we cannot halt the shipment.
